A few months ago my husband begged me to find a pot roast recipe so of course I went onto Pinterest to see what I could find. This was one of the first that I came across so I decided to give it a try, it passed with flying colors in our house. My husband begs me to make it at least twice a month now. The only thing that I did different was that I added chopped onions to it, just to give it a little extra flavor.
