This pizza casserole was AMAZING! I actually sent the recipe to one of my fellow moms when I was her secret Elf, and she told me her mom used to make it for her as a kid! I am so glad I was able to remind her of this delicious meal. It lasted for a few days as leftovers as well. Definitely one to keep in my book of recipes :)
